Laura, your words hit like a freight train, in the best way. Grief, it’s like this double-edged sword. On one side, it’s gut-wrenching, but on the other, it’s this insane creative force. Bono nailed it with that line in 'The Fly'—a kill for inspiration and then sing about the grief. But maybe that’s the point...Grief doesn’t just inspire, it transforms. It’s the alchemy of turning pain into something that moves the world. And yeah, I can imagine feeling good about feeling bad—because that’s where the art lives: Every artist is a cannibal/every poet is a thief...
